Who can claim a badge?
Any company that appears on one of our current ranked lists — meaning ChatGPT actually recommended it when we ran the July 2026 benchmark. If you're on the list, the badge is yours, free.
Can I buy a badge?
No — and no one else can either. Badges can't be bought, and neither can a place on the list. The ranking is measured from what ChatGPT actually answers, and the badge only exists for companies on that measured list. That's exactly why it's worth displaying.
How much does it cost?
Nothing. The badge is free for every ranked business, permanently. We never charge for it, and anyone claiming to sell one doesn't speak for us.
Why does the badge say "July 2026"?
Every badge is dated with the edition it was measured in, because rankings move. We re-run the benchmark each quarter; if you're on the next edition's list you can claim its badge too. The date keeps every badge honest — yours included.
What if my company isn't on the list?
